Character house for 15 people. Located in the center of the village, close to all amenities, 3 minutes walk from the sea. The house is designed with a common living room / dining room / kitchen and laundry room on the ground floor. A partially sheltered terrace offers outdoor space. On the first floor 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, a library/office room. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, 1 dormitory (2 single beds, 1 bunk bed and a futon on tatami) Villa Marguerite is a family house located in Ault. Completely renovated in 2023 with ecological and natural materials, it is today a holiday home, to allow you to discover the Bay of Somme. A few minutes walk from the beach, it is also the starting point for many nature walks. Discover the cliffs, walk to the Bois de Cise, go by bike to eat an ice cream in Mers-les-Bains, or simply spend a moment of rejuvenation in this house close to all shops.
