In the heart of Berry, five minutes from Le Blanc and two hours from Paris, the Ferme des Petites Âges brings together two gîtes in a single private domain to accommodate up to 21 people on 260 m². Nine rooms spread over two separate living-dining areas offer great organizational flexibility, whether for families, groups of friends or stays with colleagues. The farm has been completely renovated while retaining its authentic rural character: exposed beams, noble materials and generous volumes. The two fully equipped kitchens allow for simultaneous cooking without disturbing each other, and the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are available for a self-catering stay. In winter, the insert fireplace and electric heating included in the price guarantee comfort even on cool Berry evenings. Outside, the pétanque court, the pergola and the barbecue invite you to enjoy the private garden. Closed storage for bicycles and motorcycles is also provided for lovers of active tourism. The property is accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to a PRM bathroom with walk-in Italian shower. Families with young children will appreciate the availability of baby equipment, and pets are welcome for a small fee. WiFi included. The region is full of sites to discover: Creuse valley, Chérine nature reserve, Berry castles and hiking trails from the property.
