In the heart of 27 hectares of Périgord forest, a stone’s throw from Nontron, this nature estate accommodates up to 130 people in 36 types of unusual accommodation scattered between clearings and undergrowth. The 2-hectare private lake constitutes the heart of life on the site: natural swimming, beach, canoes and Stand-up Paddles provided, fishing pond, boats available — water is everywhere. Groups benefit from a beach volleyball court, a fitness trail, pétanque, ping-pong, mini-golf, 3 geocaching courses and a games library with more than 150 games, not forgetting the thematic library. For professional stays, a coworking space with high-speed WiFi and a meeting room host seminars and team retreats. Secular ceremonies are held in the clearing or, in bad weather, in a covered room. Françoise and Stephan, present on site, offer tailor-made group packages, board and half-board options, and coordinate the reception of entertainers in July-August. The area is accessible to people with reduced mobility, accepts animals, has a charging station for electric vehicles and bus parking. Tourist tax €0.55/person/night; Holiday vouchers accepted.
