Le 158 is a renovated farm located in Frenelle la Grande, a village of around a hundred inhabitants a few km from Mirecourt, the famous town of violin making. The house of approximately 300 m2 has 5 large bedrooms all located upstairs, an office (extra bedroom if necessary) as well as a bathroom and a shower room and WC. On the ground floor the living rooms: large kitchen, two living rooms, summer dining room, children’s playroom, a bathroom and WC. Outside: a covered courtyard, a terrace with direct access to the swimming pool, and a large enclosed plot of land. A garage is available to store motorcycles or bicycles. The swimming pool, unheated, is open July and August (and September if the weather permits). 158 is a spacious, vast and very quiet place. The village is at the crossroads of music lovers (Lutherie Mirecourt), countryside enthusiasts, family or friendly groups, but also car and motorcycle circuit enthusiasts (Juvaincourt).
