The “Petits Prés” house in Ventron (Vosges) is a haven of peace in the heart of the Hautes Vosges! Ideal for family holidays where everyone finds their place. It offers a large landscaped plot where young and old can enjoy moments of relaxation and leisure activities in the open air. Facing a small peaceful pond which invites you to stroll or fish, offering a unique experience in harmony with nature. The “Petits Prés” house enjoys an exceptional location: it dominates the heart of the village (300m walk: Church, Town Hall, Tourist Office, playground, school, tobacco shops, restaurants, etc.) without being isolated AND has a breathtaking view of nature and the famous Vosges balloons, facing the terrace. Traffic is limited to residents of the hamlet only! P.S: Electric car chargers behind the church - No electric car charging currently at home. The house is the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding hiking trails and discovering the Vosges landscapes. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted, with direct access from the house to a multitude of trails which cross forests, lakes, ridges and leisure centers. The bucolic landscapes invite discovery, and some sites have even served as settings for cult films like “Les Grandes Gueules” Close to everything without suffering from it! Elle fait partie de l’unité urbaine de la Bresse, de la communauté de communes des Hautes Vosges et se situe dans le massif des Vosges. Un bon camp de base pour un séjour de groupe : depuis Ventron (805 habitants), marchés, sentiers et patrimoine du secteur (Vosges, Grand Est) se découvrent facilement.
