In the heart of the Oisans massif, in a quiet environment conducive to relaxation and outdoor activities, gîte in a spacious house, adjoining the owners' apartment, with partly enclosed private land & terrace, close to all shops. On the ground floor, living room, dining room, kitchen area equipped with electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and microwave, filter coffee maker, pellet wood stove. Access to the south-facing terrace and garden (bicycle shelter, barbecue and garden furniture). Shower room-Italian shower-wc, Bedroom 1 (2 80x200 beds). On the 1st, Bedrooms 2 and 3 (2 90x200 beds), Bedroom 4 (160x200 bed), bathroom (with electric washing machine & tumble dryers), Wc. On the 2nd, large bedroom for 4 people (2 80x200 beds and 140x190 bed). Solar underfloor heating, pellet wood stove and central heating. Baby equipment available. Rafting, paragliding. 12km from Alpe d'Huez (Massif Domaine des Gdes Rousses: connections Oz, Vaujany, Villard Reculas, & Auris en Oisans). Venosc: cable car connection with Les 2 Alpes 16 minutes away for 13km. Hiking & mountain biking trails, Montée de l’Alpe (Cyclo-tourism). Source: Gîtes de France (departmental network).
