In the heart of the Breton countryside, in Morbihan, this estate of stone farmhouses accommodates up to 20 people divided into several independent gîtes. The centerpiece of the stay is undoubtedly the indoor heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September, which guarantees swimming with family or friends whatever the weather in the West. Each cottage has its own terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals after returning from a day of discovery. The estate offers a complete leisure area: tennis and badminton court, pétanque court, basketball hoop, children's playroom with books, DVDs and toys, and an outdoor play area. Cyclists will appreciate the covered bicycle storage, while families with babies will find everything they need on site. Each cottage is equipped with a television and DVD player; some benefit from a wood stove for cooler evenings. Bed linen is provided, WiFi is free and heating is included in the price. The washing machine is available for a small fee. The gîtes can be rented separately or in their entirety for family reunions, seminars or group events in a natural and green setting, close to the cultural and natural riches of Morbihan.

Son chef-lieu est fixé à Naizin. Une localisation pratique pour un groupe : Évellys (3 379 habitants) permet d'alterner grandes tablées au gîte et sorties dans les environs (Morbihan, Bretagne).
