Le Tramin is a pretty farm cottage, located in the heart of the Vercors Natural Park, a few minutes from the Villages of Méaudre and Autrans, below our farm. We have favored healthy materials for your comfort, you will have on the ground floor a large living room-kitchen with oven & lounge with fireplace stove, laundry room & laundry room. On the 1st Bedroom 1 (1 double bed & 1 single bed or 3 single beds on request, spa bath, private toilet), Bedroom 2 (1 double bed), Bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds), shared shower room and toilet on the landing. On the 2nd (Bedroom 4: 3 single beds, private shower room-wc with disabled access by elevator), Bedroom 5 (1 double bed, & 2 single beds, private shower room-wc). Wood central heating. Sheets, towels and cleaning included. Private terrace & garden furniture, small garden & swing, wood-burning barbecue, shared parking. The Gîte is adjoining our house but completely independent. Nearby, numerous outdoor activities including hiking for all levels, mountain biking, swimming pool, tennis, golf, 4-season tobogganing & tubbing, giant zip line 1,250 m long and 250 m vertical drop, canyoning, caving, pump-track, ice rink, alpine & Nordic skiing, snowkiting...
