On the ground floor: entrance, large living room on 2 levels with the living room near the wood stove (TV with thematic channels including Netflix) very well equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining area: access to the terrace. Second relaxation or leisure lounge (full of board games), 2 double bedrooms, one with shower room, separate bathroom with shower and bathtub; 2 independent toilets. Upstairs, a mezzanine designed for children with a rest area and 2 school desks; then 3 bedrooms including 2 doubles, one with bathroom, and a family room with large double bed (180x200) and 2 single beds; independent bathroom and separate toilet. In an outbuilding, a beautiful games room with treadmill, exercise bike, table football, billiards-shuffleboard, darts, etc. The large garden of 1700 m², in 2 parts each with a terrace, is entirely enclosed by walls. The swimming pool is private, covered, accessible from the beginning of Easter to the end of All Saints' Day (9mx4m). Wood extra. Mesnils-sur-Iton [mɛnil syʁ itɔ̃] est une commune nouvelle française, constituée le 1er janvier 2016, située dans le département de l'Eure en région Normandie. Elle est issue du regroupement des communes de Condé-sur-Iton, Damville, Gouville, Manthelon, Le Roncenay-Authenay et Le Sacq élargit au 1er janvier 2019 par l'adjonction des trois autres communes de Buis-sur-Damville, Grandvilliers et Roman. Un bon camp de base pour un séjour de groupe : depuis Mesnils-sur-Iton (6 078 habitants), marchés, sentiers et patrimoine du secteur (Eure, Normandie) se découvrent facilement.
