Old building for 12 people, 3 ears of corn, in Saint-Sulpice-sur-Lèze and adjoining the owners' hotel-restaurant, welcomes groups and families. Will be the ideal place to share friendly moments and enjoy village life. Gîte accessible to people with reduced mobility. Many possible visits around, hikes... Access to the spa included in the rental (see opening dates). On the ground floor: wide corridor leading to a beautiful kitchen opening onto the garden, a dining room, a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 bed for 2 people 140cm) with its private shower room/WC, a bedroom (1 bed for 2 people 160cm) with its small shower room/WC. Upstairs: relaxation lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 bed for 2 people 140cm) (1 bed for 2 people 140cm + baby bed) with shared bathroom/WC, a dormitory (4 beds for 1 person 90cm) with bathroom. Electric heating. Enclosed garden at the rear. No reception after 7:30 p.m. SPA from March 1 to September 15, make a request outside these dates.
