Ground floor of the OLD MILL: entrance, reception room for 50 people with dining room (fireplace) and 60 m² glass roof (wood stove), professional kitchen, WC. 1st floor: living room with a bar (sink, fridge), library and board games, 2 bedrooms (2 separable 90 cm beds, bathroom, WC). 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (2 separable 90 cm beds, bathroom, WC), 2 bedrooms (2 separable 80 cm beds, shower room with WC). 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms (2 separable 80 cm beds, bathroom with WC), 2 triple bedrooms (2 separable 90 cm beds, 2 80 x 180 cm children's beds, bathroom with WC). 100m² terrace covered by four bioclimatic pergolas. Outbuilding: 1 bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility, rented on request (1 90 cm separable bed, bathroom with WC). Garden 2700 m², parking for 30 cars, pétanque, volleyball and badminton court. Electric heating supplement mid-November to mid-March (70€/night) and tourist tax. Elle est née de la fusion de trois communes, sous le régime juridique des communes nouvelles. Les communes de Condeau, Condé-sur-Huisne et Coulonges-les-Sablons deviennent des communes déléguées. Une localisation pratique pour un groupe : Sablons sur Huisne (1 976 habitants) permet d'alterner grandes tablées au gîte et sorties dans les environs (Orne, Normandie).
