This independent house offers on the ground floor: a very large living room composed of an open kitchen, a lounge area (3 sofas), a bedroom with 1 160x200cm bed, a bathroom with WC, WC. The upper floor is made up of 5 bedrooms (2 160x200cm beds, 6 single beds including 2 bunk beds, plus 1 extra bed for a child), a bathroom, a shower room, 2 toilets. Landscaped garden with terrace, pergola, garden tables, 2 6-seater spas, Gooker-style barbecue, children's play area and pétanque court. This large family home is the ideal address for meetings with family or friends. Joséphine and Stéphane have designed a very spacious, bright layout suitable for welcoming small groups. The landscaped garden, lit in the evening, is particularly attractive with its two spas and an outdoor grill. The environment is calm, with possibilities for walks around the gîte. You will be 20 minutes from Suisse Normande (Pont d'Ouilly base), the Souleuvre site (bungee jumping, tobogganing, zip line) and 1 hour from the beaches of Ouistreham.
