On the ground floor: access via a service corridor to an entrance room-cloakroom. This serves the Opale bedroom with a double bed, courtyard side. Adjoining room with toilet, sink and laundry area. A staircase leads upstairs to the kitchen, very well equipped and pleasant, then to the superb open living room on the Seine side: cocoon living room and dining room. On the courtyard side, the Ambre bedroom (double bed) then on the Seine side, the Topaze bedroom with its small adjoining bathroom. Bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The living room gives access to the upper floor with on one side the Agathe bedroom (slightly steep staircase) and on the other (second staircase) the Quartz bedrooms (double bed and trundle bed for one or two beds) and Jade (double bed and a single bed); bathroom with toilet. From spring, you will enjoy a 25 m² walled courtyard where it is pleasant to relax or have a meal together under the pergola. Parking 150 meters away but luggage drop-off possible in front of the gîte. In the heart of Petit Andelys in a superb environment, you will fall under the spell of this elegant town house! Imagine: on the quay, you are facing the Seine and the grasslands that border it with Source: Gîtes de France (departmental network).
