The house is completely independent, on 2 levels, and is divided into 3 parts giving you all the independence you want. On the ground floor, the entrance leads to the studio (beautiful living room, day area and sleeping area with 140x200 double bed, bathroom with toilet), then a part with living room-kitchen whose living room offers a sofa bed (120x200), a bedroom and its bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, you arrive at a beautiful space with the large bright living room: living room on the wood stove side, dining area and kitchen, then 2 bedrooms: 160x200 double bed and small desk in one, and in the large 160X200 double bed and bench seat (2 x 80/200) as well as a desk; bathroom with toilet. Lingerie on the ground floor. Wellness area with 6-seater sauna in an outbuilding adjoining the house. The pretty enclosed garden is approximately 400 m², with private parking and then, just for you, a beautiful garden facing the gîte. Also ping-pong and bicycle rental.
