In the heart of Bresse, in Sandrans in Ain, Le Charmay accommodates up to 30 people on a one-hectare estate surrounded by greenery. The renovated farmhouse houses two independent gîtes for 15 people each, a dormitory for 14 people and a PRM accessible room - enough to freely compose your group according to needs. The centerpiece of the estate is a 150 m² reception room that can seat 90 to 100 guests, equipped with a bar, a professional kitchen with cold room, a sound system and a video projector: ideal for seminars, weddings or large family tables. During the day, you can enjoy the private swimming pool, the Nordic bath (8 seats, wood included), the fishing pond, the pétanque court, billiards, table football and the ping-pong table. In the evening, the fireplace and the wood stove warm up the evenings. Optical fiber guarantees a smooth connection for teams in seminar or teleworking mode. Pets welcome, caretaker on site, linen and cleaning included: Le Charmay takes care of the logistics so that you fully enjoy your stay in Bresse.
