In a former school, this gîte is made up on the ground floor of a professional kitchen, a modular room (120 m²), a lounge area (armchairs), 2 toilets, a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (2 single beds), adjoining shower room and toilet. Floor: 1 bedroom for 4 people (4 single beds), 1 bedroom for two people (2 beds of 90), 1 bedroom for 4 people (2 bunk beds), 1 bedroom for two people (2 beds of 90) and 1 bedroom for 1 person (1 bed of 90), collective bathrooms with showers, sinks, toilets. Land, terrace, picnic tables. Ping-pong table. Catering possible. Horse reception in enclosed meadow on request. Located in a small bocage valley, this gîte offers calm, comfort and space and will be perfect for your family gatherings and celebrations, your group stays or for a hiker's stopover. Ideally located between Caen (Château, Memorial, historic center) and medieval Bayeux and 45 minutes from the seaside and the D-Day sites. Nearby, you can also discover the Viaduc de la Souleuvre, the numerous hiking trails of the Bocage,. A hiker’s stop is available on site.
