Ground floor: entrance to one of the living rooms opening onto the garden side: large dining room with large table and stove and two communicating lounges, one of which has a stove. Well equipped kitchen and scullery. Bedroom with double bed 140X190, bathroom, 2 separate toilets and laundry room. UPSTAIRS, a long corridor serves five bedrooms. The pink and the sky blue/wooden ones each have a 160X200 double bed and the dark blue one has a 140X190 bed. Twin bedroom with two 90X190 single beds and flowered bedroom with four 90X190 single beds including two bunk beds. Shower room and bathroom, each with a separate toilet. You have a private garden with trees, not enclosed, of approximately 3000 m². Games are available under the barn: badminton, ping-pong, or pétanque on the paths. The GR26, less than 2 km away, will take you to Bernay or to stroll in the countryside. In a pretty little corner of the countryside very close to Bernay, a small town full of charm with typical half-timbered houses, this elegant residence from the early 20th century welcomes you.
