Entrance to the ground floor: large living room with kitchen, dining room and nice and bright lounge areas between fireplace and bay window opening onto the terrace and the garden. A double bedroom (1 160x200 bed), separate shower room and toilet. UPSTAIRS: the blue bedroom, double with double bed and baby bed, the triple bedroom with 3 single beds and the large bedroom with 4 single beds including 2 bunk beds. Independent bathroom and toilet. You benefit from a large garden of 5000 m² with trees all around the gîte which borders the river. Quietly and in an exceptional valley landscape where the Calonne winds, this old mill offers you a stay of perfect change of scenery and connection with nature. You arrive by a small path in the middle of the meadows then cross the wooden bridge: you are immediately in the bucolic atmosphere, like in the middle of nowhere: you will love this large garden at the edge of the water and the sound of the lapping water, this large wooden terrace perfect for your outdoor meals, the second covered terrace area under the outbuilding, the deckchairs to install wherever you want for a moment of rest or listening to the field of birds.
