Nestled in the heart of Ariège, in Léran, Le Moulinet is a large group gîte that can accommodate up to 21 people in its 9 rooms. This large family home is distinguished by its private indoor salt-heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m), ideal whatever the season, and by its generous living spaces designed for convivial stays. The 65 m² dining room brings the whole group together around the same meal, whether it is prepared in the professional kitchen or served table d'hôtes. After dinner, the veranda with table football, the billiards room, the arcade machine and the darts game extend the evenings without it being necessary to leave the premises. The 3,000 m² enclosed garden offers a trampoline, swing, children's cabin, badminton court and bicycles for the youngest, as well as deckchairs and hammocks for adults. On the practical side, the cottage is equipped with two WiFi hotspots, a Wii console, an Xbox 360 and a hi-fi system. Families will appreciate the complete baby equipment and the La Provençale room, accessible to people with reduced mobility on the ground floor. The 6 bathrooms with Italian showers or bathtubs and the 7 separate toilets guarantee uncompromising comfort for the entire group. End-of-stay cleaning (€170) is optional. Bikers welcome.
