Perched at an altitude of 1,037 meters in the Préalpes d'Azur Regional Park, this group gîte occupies a detached house in the heart of a private eco-tourist park with a fishing lake. Seven rooms divided between dormitories (7, 10 and 14 beds) and private rooms accommodate up to 41 people, with the possibility of extending the capacity to 35 additional places in tents on the site. The whole thing exudes an authentic mountain atmosphere: fireplace in the living room, two large terraces facing south and west offering a clear view of the reliefs, and a garden ideal for gatherings. The multipurpose room equipped with a sound system and lights, the dining room and the living room constitute a complete set-up for seminars, sports retreats or association weekends. The surrounding area is an exceptional playground: climbing, canyoning, via ferrata, hiking and snowshoeing in winter, downhill and cross-country skiing nearby, horse riding, fishing on the private lake and volleyball on site. The table d'hôtes — with half-board or organic and local brunch option — allows you to free yourself from any culinary logistics. The establishment is labeled Gîtes de France and accepts holiday vouchers.
