Old farmhouse completely renovated with great comfort, located in a natural setting at 500m altitude near the place called "Saint-Romary" and the historic site of "Saint-Mont", facing east/south/west (sun from morning to evening) with panoramic views of the Remiremont valley. Gîte of 357m² on 2 levels. Ground floor: large entrance hall with billiards, separate WC, 1 living room with large corner sofa/TV/DVD player, 1 dining room for 14 people, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 relaxation lounge/library, 1 bedroom with a 180x200 bed (or 2 90x200 beds) with terrace/garden access, 1 bedroom with 1 180x200 bed (or 2 beds 90x200)/dressing room/separate WC/bathroom with bathtub and hydromassage shower/terrace access, 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer. 1st floor: 3 bedroom 2p. with 1 180x200 bed (or 2 90x200 beds) each, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds + 1 180x200 bed, 3 bathrooms with WC with hairdryer and towel dryer, 1 large gym with 2 elliptical bikes/leg trainer/abdominal mat as well as a ping-pong table, table football and a convertible sofa/ 1 mezzanine living room. Supply of linen (beds, towels, bath mats, tea towels) included. Small household appliances (2 raclette machines, 2 fondue machines, 2 party crepes, 2 waffle makers). Provision of baby equipment. Wifi. Pets with supplement (8€/pet/night).
