The Martin Pêcheur gîte is an independent house located in a large family property on the banks of the Saulx river in a calm and relaxing setting. ¨ It has 6 main rooms including 5 bedrooms: - on the ground floor: large living/dining room of 50 m² with view of the river, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds), bathroom with shower and bath, 1 separate toilet, laundry room - upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, 1 large bedroom with 1 90x200 bed), bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. Electric heating. Part of the land is enclosed in front of the house, swimming pool and tennis court available. Shops in the village. Parking. Private access road. Private footbridge to go from one side of the river to the other. Terraces and arbors by the river. Prices include sheets and towels. The beds will be made before your arrival. Nearby: a few minutes on foot or by bike the Saulx valley with its bridges and listed residences; a little far by car: 18-hole golf course 10 minutes away, Saint-Dizier 12 minutes away, Bar-le-Duc 15 minutes away, Joinville castle 30 minutes away, Lac du Der and its casino 45 minutes away, Verdun, Colombey-les-deux-Eglises, Nancy 1 hour away, Reims 1 hour 30 minutes away.
