Large capacity gîte in a completely renovated old farmhouse, located at the gates of the Vosges, 10 km from Charmes where you will find all shops and amenities. Lunéville and its castle are 30 minutes away, Epinal, Cité de l’Image, 40 minutes and Nancy (Place Stanislas and numerous museums) 45 minutes. Maison de la Mirabelle in Rozelieures 8 minutes away. Mobile bakery in the village every day. Ground floor: large living room with open kitchen and dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds), one of which has a connecting shower room, separate WC. Floor: 4 bedrooms (11 beds including one bunk bed), shower room/WC, bathroom (shower and spa bath)/WC, 4th separate WC. Mixed oil/wood boiler, charges included. Sheets and towels provided.
