Large group gîte (classified 1 star / 15 people) with a total capacity of 25 beds, located in the countryside in the immediate vicinity of marked hiking and mountain biking trails as well as the GR7. Cross-country ski trails (if snow) and inn 1km away. Ideal for hikers, horse riders, mountain bikers, summer camps, family reunions... 250m² gîte next to the owners' Vosges farm (18th century). Ground floor: Entrance with cupboards and laundry area. Large living room with a capacity of 35 people with wood stove, access to adjoining covered terrace (30m²) with garden tables and chairs. Equipped kitchen. 1/2 level: 2 independent WCs. 1/2 level: "Bluet" bedroom 6p (1 double bed + 2 bunk beds), "Brimbelle" bedroom 5p (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed), bathroom (4 sinks, 2 showers and WC). 1/2 level: “Mirabelle” bedroom 5 p. (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed) and bathroom (sink, shower and WC). 1/2 level: “Sapin” dormitory of 9 p (1 double bed + 7 single beds). 2 travel cots available. Board games. Optional: bed linen rental (beds made on arrival) Green corner with swing, barbecue and ping-pong table. Large green spaces around. Welcome to riders. Animals from the “Ferme aux Moineaux” (organic breeding) on site: flock of sheep and their lambs, horses (the farm offers direct sales of packages of lambs).
