Perched in the village of Angoustrine, in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales, Gîte 1703 is a house of character which accommodates up to 15 people in 6 bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. The setting is resolutely mountainous: the ski slopes, hiking trails and large wild spaces of Cerdanya are within reach. Inside, the fireplace creates a warm atmosphere conducive to group evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen (freezer, dishwasher, microwave) allows you to organize meals and breakfasts without constraints. These are also included in the stay - a nice touch after a morning on the slopes. A half-board option is also offered at €25/person for those who wish to avoid the kitchen. The owner Xavier Iglesias Xifra has arranged the premises so that each group finds their rhythm: billiards for lively evenings, terrace to enjoy the Cevennes sun, private parking and garage to store skis and equipment. Air conditioning ensures the comfort of summer stays, and wifi allows you to stay connected even at altitude. The gîte opens its doors all year round, summer and winter, for stays with family, friends or a team.

Sur le plan historique et culturel, la commune est dans la Cerdagne, une haute plaine à une altitude moyenne de 1 200 m d'altitude, qui s'étend d'est en ouest sur une quarantaine de kilomètres entre Mont-Louis et Bourg-Madame. Une localisation pratique pour un groupe : Angoustrine-Villeneuve-des-Escaldes (542 habitants) permet d'alterner grandes tablées au gîte et sorties dans les environs (Pyrénées-Orientales, Occitanie).
