Nestled in the Loiret countryside, the Domaine de l'Epinoy brings together five independent gîtes and a large reception room in the heart of a 3,000 m² enclosed park. The whole can accommodate up to 35 people in accommodation in 11 rooms, and can accommodate 140 seated guests for an indoor event. The 320 m² reception room includes a 150 m² event space and a 70 m² dance floor, ideal for weddings, seminars or family celebrations. A kitchen reserved for caterers, a seminar room and equipment with tables, chairs and outdoor arches complete the system. On the leisure side, the area has a volleyball court, a covered area with table football and table tennis, a children's play area and a shaded garden lounge area. There is no shortage of outdoor activities nearby: hiking, cycling (10 km), horse riding, canoeing, tennis, karting, hot air ballooning and golf. Heating, cleaning and electricity are included in the price, and bed linen is provided. A train station is located on the estate itself, facilitating access without a car. Ideal for groups wishing to combine private accommodation and reception in one place.
