In the heart of the Monts de Flandre, in Houtkerque in the North, the Domaine de Doly accommodates up to 31 people in a large group gîte designed for stays with large families, associations and seminars. Spread over several levels accessible by elevator, the estate offers five bedrooms with individual bathrooms, professional bedding and the possibility of installing medical beds for people with reduced mobility or convalescing. The living room is structured around a large 90 m² living room, bright and friendly, ideal for collective meals or shared moments of relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen - 5-burner gas stove, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, food processor and 500 L refrigerator - can accommodate groups without compromising on comfort. Outside, the barbecues invite grilling with friends while the laundry room with dryer makes long stays simpler. Located near the Flemish coast and the beaches of Bray-Dunes, the estate benefits from a calm and green environment, a reasonable distance from the main roads of Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
