Two independent houses on the banks of the Rance, in Saint-Jouan-des-Guérets, form a group of 22 beds ideal for large gatherings of family or friends. Les Coccinelles (10 people) and Les Hirondelles (12 people) can be rented separately or in full, offering rare flexibility to organize a tailor-made stay. Recently renovated and classified 3 ears of corn, the estate seduces with its unobstructed view of the Rance and its green setting between the Breton countryside and the coastline. The two houses share generous grounds with pétanque, volleyball, terrace, barbecue and garden furniture — everything to extend the evenings outside. In the kitchen, the equipment is complete: refrigerator, freezer, oven, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher and crockery provided. Interior comfort is provided by a pellet stove, Wi-Fi access, a television and a DVD player. Saint-Malo and its Corsair City are a few minutes away, opening onto the beaches, the ramparts, the market and all the nautical activities of the bay.
