In the heart of Val d’Ajol, Rosine welcomes you to this beautiful residence from the beginning of the 20th century. with bright and comfortable spaces and tastefully furnished rooms. Beautiful outdoor space with trees and flowers with park and arbor. The "Villa Fleurie" houses 4 guest rooms, a living room with bay windows and a dining room with rustic decoration for breakfast service 1st floor: “Flore” bedroom with 1 160/200 bed, 2-person pull-out sofa bed and private bathroom (bathtub and double sink) with WC. 2nd floor: “Océane” bedroom with 1 160/200 bed, 2 armchairs and private bathroom with WC. “Countryside” room with 2 80/200 joined beds, 1 armchair and private bathroom with WC. A kitchenette (with microwave, oven, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) is shared by these 3 rooms. "Family" room composed of 1 bedroom with 1 140/190 bed and sofa, a living room with pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. and equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom with WC. All rooms are equipped with TV and hairdryer. Gas central heating. Large pleasure garden of 16 acres. Private arbor with garden furniture and barbecue. Bike room. Non-smoking house.
