On the ground floor (access via 5 descending steps): living room-kitchen-lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC. Private land with outdoor dining area. Free shuttle only in winter 100m away. Private parking (1 space) in front of the house. Rental of bed linen and bathroom linen directly from the owner. Nestled in Val Cenis Lanslevillard in Haute-Maurienne, Chalet “La Bricole” offers accommodation with a distinct mountain style. Here, each piece of furniture and each decorative object comes from the owners' expeditions, brought back during their travels to give a unique soul to this typical country house. Ideally located on the ground floor, just 200 meters from the ski slopes and resort activities, the cottage opens onto a private, sheltered terrace, facing south. Facing a clear view of the massifs and lulled by the gentle murmur of the stream at the end of the garden, this accommodation is a true haven of alpine peace in all seasons, in the heart of a residential area overlooking the valley.
