Individual chalet that can accommodate up to 10 people, very easy to access, located 100 m from Lake Moselotte, benefiting from complete equipment, 12 km from La Bresse resort and 7 km from Ventron. Ideal for going with family or group. The courtyard of the chalet allows you to park several vehicles with a secure shelter for your bicycles, motorbikes, skis, etc... Around the chalet, enclosed grounds, with lawn, terrace, balcony... The interior is very comfortable and functional, with a kitchen open to the living room, fireplace in the hearth. Due to the layout of the different floors, everyone can find their own moment of personal privacy. Arranged on 3 levels with 1 raised ground floor opening onto balcony and private outdoor spaces. 5 bedrooms (3 double beds and 4 single beds + 1 BB bed) for a capacity of 10 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 WCs, kitchen, living room, 1 laundry room, SAUNA.
