Large character villa in Soulac-sur-Mer, at the gateway to the Atlantic Ocean, Villa Les Troènes accommodates up to 16 people in a green and peaceful setting in Gironde. Nestled in an enclosed garden with trees with access via a private pedestrian street, this residence offers a generous living space spread over several levels, with lounge, bright living room, veranda and two large terraces to enjoy the Médoc sun. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate a large group: 5-burner gas stove, three ovens, dishwasher, coffee machine, two refrigerators and all the utensils necessary for cooking with family or friends. The 6 bedrooms have comfortable bedding, bed linen and towels are available for rental, and cleaning is included at the end of your stay. The garden is the real heart of the villa: barbecue for summer evenings, deck chairs for naps in the sun, games for children, 3 bicycles available to explore the surrounding area. The beach, cycle paths and the center of Soulac are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Ideal for holidays with a blended family, with friends or for a group stay in the Médoc vineyard, the villa combines comfort, space and seaside authenticity.
