In the heart of the Burgundian plain, in Brazey-en-Plaine (Côte-d’Or), Villa Grand-mère Marie has everything you need for a successful group stay: 8 rooms, 19 beds, and a rare wellness area at this price - heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness room available exclusively to your guests. The gîte is organized around a large, bright reception room, ideal for your meals or events. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, freezer) and bed linen is provided - nothing to bring. Outside, terrace, barbecue/plancha, garden furniture and deck chairs invite you to enjoy the sunny days, while the children’s games make it a place suitable for families and parties alike. For evenings, the table football and the large videoconferencing screen (also practical for seminars or family reunions) complete the equipment. WiFi and television are available, and a secure garage accommodates your vehicles. End of stay cleaning is included, as are pool towels. A breakfast option is offered at €12/person. Price from €1,900 for the weekend, tourist tax €1/night/adult extra.
