Nestled in the hills of the Alpes-Maritimes 45 minutes from Nice, this characterful villa extends over 4 hectares of preserved land and accommodates up to 27 people in 8 generously appointed bedrooms. Two secure swimming pools – one of which is heated – invite you to relax in all seasons, while the vast enclosed garden becomes the scene of your reunions: pétanque, badminton, ping-pong, giant trampoline and table football punctuate the days. On the interior side, the villa offers two fully equipped kitchens with their refrigerators and freezers, ideal for managing large group meals without constraints. A gym, a fireplace for cool evenings, air conditioning in five bedrooms and a large projection screen complete the comfort. The jacuzzi/spa/hammam and the summer kitchen add a dimension of well-being and conviviality to this extraordinary stay. The estate has private parking, bicycles and mountain bikes available, a bicycle shelter, and accepts pets.
