In the heart of the Périgord Noir, on the banks of the Dropt, the Moulin du Grand Auque brings together a historic mill and a manor on 3.5 hectares of enclosed wooded land. The property accommodates up to 18 people in 7 rooms, with the possibility of extending accommodation to 23 guests for larger groups. The property revolves around a private heated swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters, open from mid-May to mid-September. The large enclosed garden invites you to relax and play: pétanque court, trampoline, table tennis, table football, molkky, badminton, classic and electric bikes with helmets, and even fishing by the river. The evenings continue around the barbecue on the terrace. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer) for generous meals. Six toilets, several bathrooms with bathtubs and additional shower rooms ensure the comfort of a large group without waiting. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite television, washing machine and dryer complete the equipment. Linen is provided. Ideal for a nature seminar, a milestone birthday, a weekend with extended family or a bachelorette party, the estate offers preserved isolation at a reasonable distance from the region's shops and restaurants. Marie and Pierrick Fedrigo welcome you with care. Pets are accepted for an additional fee.
