In the heart of Northern Alsace, in Diemeringen (Bas-Rhin), Maison Aviv brings together up to 50 people under the same roof for stays with family, friends or a team. The property stands out for its heated indoor swimming pool, accessible all year round whatever the weather, ideal for getting together without seasonal constraints. The house has 14 carefully equipped bedrooms, a large living room, a fully fitted kitchen with central island, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, microwave and all the household equipment necessary to accommodate a large group in good conditions. The washing machine and dryer allow extended stays without logistical worries. Outside, a tennis court, a ping-pong table, a brazier and a barbecue liven up the beautiful evenings. The property is completely fenced, with a secure garden, exterior lighting and private parking. For nature enthusiasts, the region offers many possibilities: hiking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, horse riding, open water swimming and pedal boats nearby. In terms of interior comfort, there is a games room, a hi-fi system, a Smart TV, a DVD player and high chair for families with young children. Pets are accepted. Cleaning is optional. A smoke-free stay indoors, in a quiet Alsatian village setting, a few kilometers from the cultural and tourist attractions of the Grand Est region.
