Located twenty meters from the shore between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire, Les Pins Penchés is a seaside estate which combines the space of a group hotel and the freedom of a private place. Its 22 air-conditioned rooms, all with a private bathroom, can accommodate up to 90 people in a setting of maritime pines and shaded terraces facing the Mediterranean. The heart of the place is direct access to the beach and outdoor living: two FFV-approved beach volleyball courts, a pétanque court, ping-pong, table football and garden furniture with deck chairs invite you to unwind upon arrival. For evenings, the dance room with sound system and integrated lighting, the bar and the restaurant with outdoor terrace provide entertainment without traveling. Seminar or team building groups will find an equipped meeting room, a video projector, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and a flexible catering area (half board or full board). The veranda and the Canal+ TV lounge complete the interior spaces. The washing machine is available on site. Formula pricing: half board at €81/adult/night in season, full board at €87/adult/night, children from €41 to €44 depending on the formula, tailor-made quote in high season. Le Lavandou [lə lavɑ̃du] est une commune du département du Var, dans la région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, sur les bords de la Méditerranée face aux Îles d'Or et au pied du massif des Maures. Elle est née en 1913 de la scission de la commune de Bormes-les-Mimosas qui la jouxte à l'ouest. Hyères est à 22 km à l'ouest, Cavalaire à 20 km à l'est, par la route. Un bon camp de base pour un séjour de groupe : depuis Le Lavandou (6 646 habitants), marchés, sentiers et patrimoine du secteur (Var, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) se découvrent facilement.
