Nestled on the heights of Causse-de-la-Selle, in the heart of the Gorges de l’Hérault, this vast estate accommodates up to 23 people in 10 rooms, all with a private bathroom. The setting is exceptional: two private beaches on the Hérault and Buèges rivers, accessible on foot from the property, for swimming, kayaking or simply enjoying the silence of the scrubland. The secure swimming pool completes the aquatic offer. Inside, the house combines the charm of stone with complete equipment: fireplace, wood stove, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hobs, dishwasher, freezer), dining room that can bring together the whole group, and generous living spaces. Games enthusiasts will appreciate the pool table and ping-pong; the terrace with deckchairs, barbecue and garden furniture invites long summer evenings. The estate is located on a vineyard: wine lovers will be at home. Hikers will find trails starting directly from the property, cyclists can borrow the bicycles and mountain bikes provided. The rental is non-smoking, pets are accepted for a supplement of €10. Sheets and bed linen included. Ideal for family reunions, discreet seminars or groups of friends in search of Occitan authenticity.
