Perched in the heart of southern Ardèche, a stone’s throw from the medieval village of Voguë, ranked among the most beautiful in France, this large group gîte has 12 rooms on an estate designed for reunions with large groups. The capacity of 44 beds makes it an ideal refuge for business seminars, weekends with friends, family celebrations or private events of up to 50 people. The heart of the house is a fully equipped professional kitchen of 20 m² - stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer - capable of supplying the large reception room of 50 m² as well as the secondary patio of 30 m². Outside, the 120 m² panoramic terrace opens onto a landscape of scrubland and Ardèche hills; There you will find garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue, with a pétanque court below. The private swimming pool sits in the center of the garden, out of sight. Evenings continue around the table football or in the games room, while music lovers will enjoy the hi-fi system and DVD player. The fireplace ensures cool nights at the beginning and end of the season. Logistical side: end-of-stay cleaning is billed at the house during the week (€100) and included at the weekend. Wi-Fi covers the entire area. Rental is available for a full week or a weekend for two nights outside high season (from July 16 to August 20 excluded).
