Housed in a completely renovated 19th century barn, this unusual address in the Territoire de Belfort welcomes your group stays in the heart of a real water mill still in operation. The property combines the authenticity of the stone walls and the water wheel with equipment designed for large meetings: 40 m² professional kitchen with oven, electric hob, fryer and industrial dishwasher, reception room that can seat 34 guests, bar, changing rooms, two screens and video projectors, full sound system. The group accommodation occupies the entire building for 16 to 34 people in 10 rooms – double, triple and quadruple – all with a private bathroom. A single-storey room meets PMR accessibility standards. For smaller groups, guest rooms are also available for nightly rental. On the leisure side, the pond and ponds invite fishing and contemplation, a large pétanque pitch, billiards and table football liven up the evenings, and a beer tap can be made available. The first Sunday of each month (May to October), the guided tour of the mill museum and the making of flour with the miller add a rare cultural dimension. Hikers and cyclists will appreciate the trails that start nearby, as well as the labeled Accueil Vélo on site. The private car park with 10 spaces (and 30 additional spaces a two-minute walk away) simplifies the organization of convoys. The property is non-smoking indoors and heated by a pellet stove. Possible rental of the entire site, the single gîte or the reception room by the hour or by the evening.
