Nestled on the banks of the Indrois in the flowery village of Chédigny, the only town in France to carry the “Remarkable Garden” label, the Moulin des Foulons is an exceptional private estate that can accommodate up to 25 people. The set brings together four independent accommodations — two gîtes for 6 to 8 people each, a love room with private spa and sauna, and two master suites — which you can rent separately or in total exclusivity. The heart of the estate is a water mill still in operation, surrounded by 1.8 hectares of land crossed by a private island. The indoor swimming pool heated to 26-28°C is accessible all year round and open to all tenants. A reception room with 80 seats allows you to organize weddings, seminars or large family tables, supplemented by a table d'hôtes for groups who wish to entrust their meal to the owner. Ten minutes from Loches and less than an hour from Tours, the site is ideal for a family nature weekend, a bachelorette party or an outdoor business seminar. Bicycles welcome, table football, baby equipment, free WiFi and private parking complete the services. Fishing and horse riding are available in the immediate vicinity.

Chédigny est une commune française du département d'Indre-et-Loire en région Centre-Val de Loire. La présence humaine sur son territoire est attestée depuis la Préhistoire. Si la commune actuelle est née à la Révolution de la fusion de deux anciennes paroisses, le nom de Chedignacum apparaît au milieu du XIIe siècle alors que l’existence d’une châtellenie est attestée par des sources écrites au début du XIIIe siècle. Séjourner à Chédigny (566 habitants), c'est rayonner à plusieurs entre visites, nature et bonnes tables, au cœur du secteur (Indre-et-Loire, région Centre-Val de Loire).
