The strong point of the place is its fully equipped professional kitchen: 5-burner stove, two ovens, professional dishwasher, three coffee makers, complete cookware. Enough to prepare large meals without constraints. The 80 m² reception room can accommodate up to 60 guests at a table, while the 40 m² games room — with fireplace and kitchenette — offers an additional relaxation space. Outside, a shaded 80 m² terrace under a pergola, barbecues, deck chairs, volleyball net, ping-pong table, badminton court and pétanque court help liven up the days. Children enjoy a swing and dedicated games. The riverside park invites walks, and water activities (canoeing, fishing) are accessible nearby. Indoors, billiards, table football, poker, darts, board games and television keep the evenings entertained. The site is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has private parking for 20 to 25 vehicles. The wifi connection completes the equipment.
