Nestled in the heart of Touraine, in Rigny-Ussé, Le Gîte du Pin accommodates up to 30 people in a green setting, a stone’s throw from the Château de l’Ussé and the châteaux of the Loire. The property has 8 rooms spread over several levels, including a double-height living room with mezzanine which creates a warm and friendly atmosphere upon entry. On the relaxation side, the heated swimming pool (6×13 m) and the 4-seater outdoor jacuzzi constitute the heart of the outdoor space. The garden is equipped with a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, French billiards, table football and a swing - enough to keep young and old occupied without ever leaving the property. For outdoor events, an 8.5×8.5 m marquee can accommodate up to 60 guests without accommodation, ideal for a wedding, a seminar or a large family celebration. The two fully equipped kitchens (fridges, ovens, microwaves, gas and induction hobs, coffee makers) offer total autonomy for groups who wish to cook on site. Baby equipment — high chair, baby bed, playpen — is available for families with toddlers. WiFi is included, and bikes are available to explore the banks of the Loire by bike. Prices from €1,500 per weekend in low season and €2,500 per week in low season. End-of-stay cleaning is charged at €500, and linen rental is optional.
