Nestled in the Alsatian village of Eschbach-au-Val, in the heart of the Vosges massif, Gîte de la Chouette offers a set of two independent gîtes united to accommodate up to 42 people under the same roof. Fully equipped for large gatherings - seminars, family celebrations, weddings or weekends with friends - it combines rural comfort and semi-professional equipment. The two wings of the gîte each have a complete kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and professional dishwasher, as well as a living room. Two large reception rooms of 30 and 120 m² allow you to organize seated meals or lively evenings. A traditional bread oven is available for homemade pizzas and tartes flambées — Alsace can be fully experienced here. Outside, the terrace, the barbecue, the garden furniture, the pétanque court and the badminton court offer an ideal setting for summer days. A nomadic village made up of teepees, a cabin and a trailer adds 25 additional beds for groups who wish to extend the experience in nature mode. Access is designed for people with reduced mobility. A stone’s throw from the Vosges hiking trails and the Alsatian vineyards, the place offers isolation conducive to rejuvenating while remaining accessible from Colmar in less than 30 minutes.
