At the heart of a 10-hectare park in Loire-Atlantique, the Domaine de Pierre Levée offers an exceptional setting for large group stays. The characterful residence, fully privatizable, accommodates up to 15 people in 9 bedrooms, with a dining room that can accommodate 20 guests facing the garden. The kitchen is that of a chef: cooktop, two ovens, two refrigerators, dishwasher — everything is designed for cooking on a large scale or hosting a caterer. In summer, the 6 m x 13.2 m heated swimming pool (open from May to September) becomes the heart of outdoor living, surrounded by deckchairs and garden furniture. We fish from the boat on the private pond, play ping-pong, pétanque, volleyball, or stroll in the park with the estate’s horses. For professional stays, a meeting room equipped with 15 seats completes the offer. Professional WiFi covers the entire property. Fireplace, games room, hi-fi system, television: the interior provides all the comfort for group evenings, whatever the season. Located between Chéméré and Chaumes-en-Retz, less than 30 km from the coast of the Bay of Bourgneuf, the estate combines the isolation of a private property and proximity to amenities.
