A completely renovated former Touraine farm, Le Clos des Maçonnières occupies a closed farmhouse on an interior courtyard of 2,000 m², nestled in the heart of the Loire Valley, a few minutes from the castles of Chinon and Azay-le-Rideau. The estate can accommodate up to 25 people in 7 rooms, spread across several independent buildings, each with its own terrace. The indoor swimming pool heated by a heat pump (accessible from the end of March to the beginning of November) constitutes the central point of outdoor living, surrounded by a pool house. The afternoons are divided between games of pétanque, volleyball, badminton, ping-pong and table football, while the children enjoy the swing and the sandbox. The orchard and the authentic bread oven recall the agricultural character of the place. Inside, the games room, the library and the pool table complete the equipment of the large dining room. The fully equipped kitchen (central island, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, complete cookware) allows you to organize large collective meals without constraints. Bed linen and towels are provided; cleaning can be provided on request. Ideally located between Tours and Chinon, away from the hustle and bustle while remaining close to the villages and vineyards of Touraine, the estate is perfect for stays with large families, weekends with friends and group retreats wishing to combine Loire authenticity and contemporary comfort.
