In the heart of Brie Seine-et-Marnaise, La Morinière is a large group property which accommodates up to 28 people in Verdelot, less than an hour from Paris. The main house and its outbuildings form a generous unit: 10 bedrooms including 2 dormitories, a fully equipped kitchen with two stoves (including a professional piano), four refrigerators and all the equipment necessary for cooking in a large group without constraints. Outside, life is organized around a covered courtyard terrace - with tables, benches and a lounge area - which invites outdoor meals even in uncertain weather. The gas plancha and the barbecue take over for summer evenings, while the fully enclosed garden offers significant security for children. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the tennis court, volleyball court, basketball and table football, not forgetting the pétanque courts accessible 200 meters away. Inside, the fireplace and wood stove warm the winter evenings, the air conditioning cools the summers, and a library as well as numerous board games guarantee rainy afternoons.
