In the heart of the Indrois valley, in Touraine, La Juberdière brings together four independent houses within the same green estate. The setting combines the blond stone of the Loire Valley with a manicured garden, a swimming pool and a large terrace where it is pleasant to meet up with friends or family. The complex accommodates up to 30 people in 13 rooms spread over the four buildings, each with its own living space. The semi-professional kitchen is designed for large meals: hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary crockery. A fireplace and wood stove create atmosphere in the living rooms in the evening. For events, the 110 m² reception room can accommodate up to 110 seated guests. The estate is surrounded by a region rich in activities: horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, tree climbing and canoeing nearby. Three price options (self-catering, night + breakfast, half-board) allow you to adapt the stay to your needs, whether for a weekend or a whole week.

The region

Loché-sur-Indrois, named Loché until 1897, is a French commune in the department of Indre-et-Loire, in the region of Centre-Val de Loire. With an area of 7,413 hectares, it is the largest commune in the department since it absorbed the neighbouring commune of Aubigny in 1823. Its population, however, was only 482 inhabitants in 2023, a figure that has remained fairly stable for around ten years, whereas it had numbered more than 1,200 inhabitants until the 1950s. A practical spot for a group: Loché-sur-Indrois (482 inhabitants) lets you alternate long shared meals at the gîte with outings nearby (Indre-et-Loire, Centre-Val de Loire).
