In the heart of the Indrois valley, in Touraine, La Juberdière brings together four independent houses within the same green estate. The setting combines the blond stone of the Loire Valley with a manicured garden, a swimming pool and a large terrace where it is pleasant to meet up with friends or family. The complex accommodates up to 30 people in 13 rooms spread over the four buildings, each with its own living space. The semi-professional kitchen is designed for large meals: hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary crockery. A fireplace and wood stove create atmosphere in the living rooms in the evening. For events, the 110 m² reception room can accommodate up to 110 seated guests. The estate is surrounded by a region rich in activities: horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, tree climbing and canoeing nearby. Three price options (self-catering, night + breakfast, half-board) allow you to adapt the stay to your needs, whether for a weekend or a whole week.

The region

Loché-sur-Indrois, nommée Loché jusqu'en 1897, est une commune française du département d'Indre-et-Loire, en région Centre-Val de Loire. Avec une superficie de 7 413 hectares, elle est la commune la plus étendue du département depuis qu'elle a absorbé la commune voisine d'Aubigny en 1823. Sa population n'est pourtant en 2023 que de 482 habitants, valeur sensiblement stabilisée depuis une dizaine d'années, alors qu'elle était forte de plus de 1 200 habitants jusque dans les années 1950. Une localisation pratique pour un groupe : Loché-sur-Indrois (482 habitants) permet d'alterner grandes tablées au gîte et sorties dans les environs (Indre-et-Loire, Centre-Val de Loire).
