Nestled in a green setting a stone’s throw from the medieval town of Langres, Ferme Sainte-Anne is a vast rural estate with character which welcomes your gatherings of up to 30 people. The completely restored old farmhouse spreads out its 9 rooms on one hectare of land punctuated by an orchard and a private chapel, offering an authentic and preserved setting for group stays, weddings and family receptions. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for large tables - hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee maker - while the living room offers TV, DVD player, hi-fi system and telephone. A games room with table football completes the indoor leisure offering. Outside, the large terrace invites you to relax with its garden furniture, deck chairs and barbecue, all extended by a pétanque court. The private spa option for 7 people transforms your stay into a real well-being break. The area is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has wifi. Between the Der lakes and the Langres plateau, the surrounding nature lends itself to hiking and cultural escapades in one of the most beautiful fortified towns in Champagne.
