In the heart of Sologne, a few kilometers from the Loire castles, the Ferme des Poulardières is a 4-hectare rural estate designed for large gatherings. The renovated farmhouse accommodates up to 61 beds divided into 28 rooms, including spaces adapted for disabled people, for group stays without compromising on comfort. Two heated and fenced swimming pools, two fishing ponds, an 80 m² covered terrace, a bowling alley, a ping-pong table and a table football make up a generous playground just a stone’s throw from the wooded paths. The mini-farm with semi-wild animals brings a unique bucolic touch, ideal for families or teams looking for a change of scenery. On the catering side, the estate offers flexible options: delivered breakfast, packed lunches, full board on request, or self-catering thanks to a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). A barbecue and a plancha complete the outdoor dining options. For professional events or private parties, two air-conditioned reception rooms (50 and 60 m²) equipped with an interactive screen host plenary meetings and seated dinners. The Clé Verte 2025-2026 label attests to a serious environmental approach.
